Overclocking

También conocido como: cpu overclock , emulated overclock

Emulator overclocking runs the emulated CPU faster than the original hardware, smoothing out games that suffer slowdown when many sprites or particles are on screen. SNES games like Gradius III and Super R-Type are common overclock targets. Overclocking can introduce visual or audio glitches because some games sync to the original clock rate; most cores expose a per-game multiplier so you can dial in the lowest stable boost.
