NCAA Basketball is een basketbalsimulatie van Sculptured Software uit 1992 voor de SNES. In dit uitgebreide sportspel besturuur je echte NCAA Division I teams door een volledig seizoen heen. Je controleert spelers op het veld, voert passes uit, schiet op doel en verdedigt tactisch. Het spel biedt diepgang met verschillende schottechnieken en verdedigingsformaties die echt effect hebben op de wedstrijd. Elke team beschikt over realistische statistieken die hun speelstijl bepalen. Werk je naar hogere standen en probeer kampioen te worden.
