Cross Pang
Cross Pang is an arcade action game released in 1998 by F2 System. The game draws inspiration from bubble-bursting puzzle-action titles, placing players in arena-style stages where they must eliminate enemies by trapping and popping them using projectiles. Players control a character who fires horizontal and vertical shots to create crosses or lines that enclose enemies, clearing each stage. The game features multiple characters to choose from, each with distinct movement and attack attributes. Stages escalate in difficulty as more enemies appear and movement patterns grow complex. The arcade cabinet supports cooperative two-player gameplay, allowing two players to work through stages simultaneously. Power-ups and items drop from defeated enemies, providing temporary combat advantages throughout the game's progression.
