Super Invader Attack

Screenshots1 / 2

A black arcade screen displays white pixel-based text reading "SUPER INVADER ATTACK" in the center, with "INSERT COIN" below it. The top of the screen shows a three-part score display: "SCORE 1" with value 0000 on the left, "HI SCORE" with value 0000 in the center, and "SCORE 2" with value 0000 on the right. At the bottom left, a small pixelated two-color spaceship sprite appears next to the number 2, while the bottom right corner shows "CREDIT 00" in white text. The overall layout is typical of late-1970s arcade cabinet title screens.

Super Invader Attack is a fixed shooter arcade game released in 1978 by Zaccaria/Zelco. The player controls a cannon at the bottom of the screen, moving it left and right to fire upward at descending waves of alien invaders. The gameplay follows the Space Invaders formula closely, with rows of enemies marching across the screen and gradually moving lower. Players must eliminate all invaders before they reach the bottom or destroy the player's cannon. Shields provide temporary cover from enemy fire. The game progresses through waves that increase in difficulty as enemies speed up. A single joystick or directional control handles movement, with a button for firing.
