Blue Shark
蓝鲨
Blue Shark is a single-player action arcade game released by Midway in 1978. The player controls a submarine viewed from above, navigating underwater and shooting upward at enemy ships passing across the top of the screen. The game uses a vertically oriented black-and-white display. Players fire torpedoes to destroy surface vessels while avoiding depth charges dropped by those ships in retaliation. The difficulty increases as the game progresses, with ships moving faster and dropping more depth charges. Points are scored for each vessel destroyed. Controls consist of a joystick for lateral movement and a button to fire torpedoes. The game has no fixed level structure, continuing until the player loses all lives, making high score the primary objective.
